Local produce, passion, love and an insatiable desire to share... that's the Vic is in the kitchen recipe!
Through cooking and pastry classes, I'll introduce you to my cuisine, which is both subtle and generous, resolutely local and sustainable. There can be no good cooking without good produce, and I make it a point of honor to work as closely as possible with our local producers. On request, I can also put on my chef's hat and come and treat you right on the spot, in your own home.
Join me in my kitchen, in the heart of Aix-en-Provence, and immerse yourself in my world and my passion for French cuisine, and in particular Provencal cuisine!

Cooking with fresh and local products
Although my cuisine is resolutely gourmet and warm, it is above all driven by exceptional products. Our terroir is overflowing with products, each more delicious than the last, and I have to admit that it's my favourite playground - our terroir. In Provence, halfway between the sea and the wonders of the Luberon, I'm always on the lookout for the best seasonal produce from our local producers. Fruit and vegetables from sustainable and organic production, as well as meat and fish. If I had to choose a theme, it would be this: respecting nature and its rhythm. Here, we'll never work with tomatoes in January, the asparagus season won't be in full swing until early spring, and if apricot season is slow in coming, we'll wait and see...
But whatever happens, our dishes will be tasty and generous, and colourful too, to the delight of young and old alike! Come and make a cooking and/or baking class with me in Aix en Provence !
